• Cert lV in Real Estate Sales
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Confident and articulate communication skills
• Ability to prospect for new listings and build clientdatabase
• Ability to gain specific market knowledge and expertise in atimely manner (Training will be provided)
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Demonstrated project management skills
• An ability to influence and build rapport
• Ability to work independently & as part of a team
• Great time management skills and able to multi-task
• Ability to use computers and learn new technologies
