Dawn oversees license renewals, trust audits and ensures all licenses are current and compliant. As a jack of all trades, in addition to trust and licensing duties, she is actively involved in all aspects of the business. This includes commission structures, agent costing, remuneration, legal drafting and advice, SAA, addendums, and more.
Dawn is passionate about constantly evolving, growing and creating a trusting environment where everyone feels comfortable asking for help. On her days off, you can find her catching up on reality TV shows, spending time with family, or indulging in a good book!
