Jase leads a team which offers creative, cutting edge marketing as well as unbeatable energy and passion. Winning the 2016 & 2017 REISA (Real Estate Industry of South Australia) award for Southern Residential Salesperson of the Year and Finalist for 2018.
Jason was instrumently involved in the Key Central Development which has been awarded - Project Marketing - Developments - Bronze 2018 with the REISA Awards for Excellence.
Timms’ Real Estate Top Salesperson of the Year in 2014, 2015 & 2016, Jason is very proud of his achievements.

Jason believes passionately in the worth of the real estate industry, and has taken on a mentoring role with the Next Generation Committee within REISA so that he can give back to the industry which has taught him so well.
In his spare time, Jason enjoys keeping fit so that he can maintain his energy and drive.He plays competition volleyball and snowboards, as well as regular running and gym visits. His other love is travel, and he spent two years in Tokyo, Japan learning both Chinese and Japanese.

Having worked with Jason for nine years, the two are a tight real estate team ready to go above and beyond for their clients.As well as providing administrative and marketing support, Tia is also skilled to assist their clients with home styling and preparation advice, making sure that every home is at its best when it hits the market.
Both Jason and Tia are local to the southern coastal area, and their love and passion for the beautiful beaches and rolling hills of the south shine in their dedication to finding the best outcome for every client.
